Two posts of Cyber Expert (Junior Scientific Officer), Group 'B' Gazetted, Non-Ministerial in the scale of pay of PB-2 Rs.9300-34,800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4800/- in the Central Detective Training School, Ghaziabad and Jaipur under BPR&D cadre.

The brief details are as under :
(a) No. of Post: 02 (two)
(b) Place of posting : Ghaziabad & Jaipur
(c) Eligibility conditions: On deputation basis
Officers of Central Government or Central Police Organisations or Central Paramilitary Forces including Central Forensic Science Laboratories, National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science and Central Bureau of Investigation :
(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department;
OR
(ii) With two years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the posts in Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department;
OR
(iii) With six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the posts in Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department;
AND
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
Essential:
(i) M. Sc.  (Physics) with specialization in Electronics from a recognized University;
OR
B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University;
OR
B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science form a recognized University;
AND
(ii) Three years' research experience in any Central Government Office or Central Police Organizations or Central Paramilitary forces.
Desirable:
Three years' experience in a Central Forensic Science Laboratory.
